(1) (a) What success rate does a certain person (name furnished) of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Discipline Unit Trial Section have in dismissals of criminal police members from the SA Police Service (SAPS) and (b) considering this success rate, why is there a consideration that the said person be moved to a new position; (2) do the SAPS unions control transfers of SAPS members; if not, (3) is union pressure being considered in the demand that the said person be moved from the said person’s current position?
