The Leader of the Opposition (DA) asked the Minister of Public Works:
Whether he will ensure that the appropriate disciplinary action will be
taken against all of those who are found guilty of wrongdoing regarding the
Nkandla expenditure according to the Nkandla task team investigation; if
not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?

Yes, in terms of applicable labour laws and relevant legal prescripts,
appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against all of those who are
found guilty of wrongdoing in respect of the expenditure on security
measures at the private residence of the President in Nkandla.
