(1) Whether, with reference to certain farms (details furnished), which is currently owned by a certain company (name furnished) and which were subsequently seized by the State in terms of a court order, a curator has been appointed to manage these farms; if not, why not; if so, (a) who is the curator, (b) what are the details of the process followed to (i) select and (ii) appoint the curator and (c) what farming (i) expertise and (ii) experience does the curator have; (2) whether the curator has employed or appointed any suitably qualified person or persons to run these farms; if not, why not; if so, (a) who are these persons and (b) what farming (i) expertise and (ii) experience do each of them have; (3) whether any (a) livestock, (b) plant and equipment, (c) household furnishings and (d) other movable assets have been sold; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (4) whether the curator has been authorised to sell any of these items; if not, why was the equipment sold; if so, in respect of each item, (a) to whom was it sold, (b) for what price, (c) how was the purchasers selected and (d) what has been done with the proceeds from these sales?
