(1) Whether, with regard to the Havelock Holme farm in the Bedford district of the Eastern Cape, his department allocated the farm to any beneficiaries; if not, why not; if so, (a) what (i) are the relevant details of the said beneficiaries and (ii) is the extent of land allocated to each beneficiary and (b) has the subdivisions for each allocation been effected; (2) has the Eskom account that provides electricity to the farm been reactivated; if not, why not; if so, (a) what name is the account holder on and (b) is the account currently operational; (3) are there any measures in place to ensure the sustainable productivity of the farm; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (4) what are the relevant stock count details of the farm, concerning all the beneficiaries; (5) whether his department provided any funds for the recapitalisation of the farm; if not, why not; if so, (a) how much was allocated and (b) what amount has been used since the allocation of the funds?
