(1) Whether any properties which had been purchased by his department in terms of land reform or land restitution projects (a) in (i) 2008, (ii) 2009, (iii) 2010, (iv) 2011 and (v) 2012 and (b) since 1 January 2013 were subsequently re-sold; if so, (aa) why were the properties sold in each case, (bb) in each case, what was the (aaa) original purchase price, (bbb) date of original purchase, (ccc) selling price, (ddd) date of the re-sale and (eee) purchaser’s details and (cc) what happened to the funds generated by the sale of each property; (2) whether he has found that the beneficiaries of land reform or land restitution projects were better off as a result of the sale transaction in each case?
