Whether the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) has, in the course of its existence, (a) trained a substantial number of young entrepreneurs on a year-on-year basis and (b) ensured that such entrepreneurs were (i) succeeding in their businesses and (ii) creating decent jobs on a scale necessary to help the country meet its job creating targets by 2030; if not, why not; if so, what are the details of the (aa) achievements and (bb) outputs of the SEDA?
