(1) (a) What criteria are being used to assess performance awards for senior managers in the finance department of the SA Social Security Agency (Sassa) in the (i) 2008-09, (ii) 2009-10 and (iii) 2010-11 financial years, (b) who was nominated to receive the special performance award in the 2008-09 financial year and (c) why was such a person nominated; (2) whether any senior managers who were nominated in the 2008-09 financial year were again nominated for performance awards in the same financial year; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether any moderation has been done on the performance assessments of these senior managers; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (4) whether any senior managers were excluded from the performance assessments; if so, (a) why and (b) what are the further relevant details?
