(1) Whether any steps have been taken to ensure that children leaving school at age 15 or older or in Grade 9 in terms of the South African Schools Act, Act 84 of 1996, are still eligible for their grants; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (2) how will the new Child Support Grant Regulations, stating that child support grants should be paid to children up to the age of 18, providing that school attendance records will be used as a guideline for payment, be affected by the SA Schools Act which allows children to leave school at age 15 or in Grade 9?
