(1) With reference to his reply to question 2335 on 30 November 2009, what is the reason for omitting the details of the post of Companies and Intellectual Properties Registration Office (Cipro) chief executive officer (CEO) from the table under the heading: Employees whose salary level exceeded the grade determined by job evaluation (details furnished) in the 2008-09 annual report; (2) whether the bonus of R105 228 that was paid through the PERSAL and ACCPAC systems to the CEO of CIPRO in the 2008-09 financial year includes merit awards and 13th cheque bonuses; if not, (a) why not, (b) what amounts were paid for each respectively and (c) why were all these bonuses not paid through the PERSAL system; if so, what are the relevant details?
