(1) Whether, with reference to his reply to Question 255 on 5 August 2013, a lease agreement has been entered into by a certain company and a certain person (details furnished) before the said person was allowed to occupy the Polokwane Airport Lounge; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (a) what are the details of the lease agreement, (b) why is the said person permitted to operate from the premises without paying the rent and (c) what is being done to recover the outstanding rent; (2) whether the said person will be evicted from the premises; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether the said person is paying (a) electricity, (b) water and (c) any other services that are being provided to her at the Polokwane Airport Lounge; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (4) what are the names of the officials who permitted the said person to occupy the Polokwane Airport Lounge; (5) whether any disciplinary action has been taken against the officials; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
