Whether the Government, noting the extent of the rejection of the newly lowered e-toll tariffs in Gauteng announced by the Deputy President, had fully, transparently and responsively dealt with the allegations of Gauteng motorists that e-tolling (a) is unnecessarily difficult and expensive to administer, (b) intends to unduly enrich some person or persons from its operations, (c) is unfair in that those persons who use the roads extensively will benefit from capping and (d) is foisted on the motorists in spite of all other objections and counter suggestions and proposals; if not, why not; if so, what (i) are the relevant details and (ii) is the public response?
