(1) With regard to the National Public Transport Regulator (NPTR), what reports has the NPTR produced in accordance with its duty to monitor and oversea public transport in general; (2) how many applications for (a) inter-provincial operating licenses has the NPTR (i) received and (ii) adjudicated upon and (b) tourist operator accreditation has the NPTR (i) received and (ii) adjudicated upon; (3) what (a) actions has the NPTR taken in respect of its responsibility to oversee fares charged for public transport throughout the country and (b) advice has the NPTR given her with regard to the drafting of regulations related to (i) fares and (ii) fare structures; (4) how has the NPTR gone about (a) producing and (b) updating a standardised procedure manual for (i) itself and (ii) other entities; (5) has the NPTR implemented a system for the public, who are aggrieved by a decision of the provincial regulatory entity, to appeal such a decision to the NPTR; if so, how has this been communicated to the general public?
