With reference to her reply to question 3580 on 12 October 2015, (a) what are the reasons for the continued payment of compensation to taxi operators in terms of the Integrated Public Transport System in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality in the Eastern Cape despite the termination of the pilot phase on 20 January 2014 and (b) why has the specified compensation been paid to 60 mini-bus taxis when only 59 were taken into storage?
