(1) Whether, with reference to the visit by representatives of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco) in November 2010 to assess the possible effects of coal mining operations adjacent to Mapungubwe on the World Heritage Site, she or any person at the Department of Environmental Affairs has received the report of the Unesco delegation; if not, when is it envisaged to be received; if so, on what date was it received; (2) whether her department has taken any steps in reaction to any of the recommendations contained in the report; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether the report has been given to Coal of Africa Limited (CoAL); if not, why not; if so, why; (4) whether the report is available to the public; if not, why not; if so, how can a member of the public obtain a copy?
