(1) Whether his department was consulted by the City of Tshwane to determine if property that was sold during a land auction conducted on 24 March 2015, would have been better suited for land reform purposes; if not, (2) what steps does he intend to take following the view of the Gauteng MEC for Human Settlements and Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Mr Jacob Mamabolo, that the City did not follow proper public participation processes to determine whether the properties it intended to sell are necessary for current or future municipal service delivery?
