(1) Whether the full profile, including qualifications, experience and current employment, of every educator has been captured nationally; if not, why not; (2) whether any provinces have not completed this exercise; if so, (a) by when (i) will the exercise be complete in all provinces and (ii) will all Friday, 17 April 2015 436 INTERNAL QUESTION PAPER: NATIONAL ASSEMBLY NO 10 - 2015 the data be captured nationally and (b) what steps has her department taken to ensure that the data of every educator joining the profession is captured as part of the national database; (3) has the determination into whether every incumbent educator matches the requirements of his/her respective post been made; if not, (a) why not and (b) by when will this process have been completed; if so, what are the details of the findings; (4) what are the details of the process that will be followed to ensure that educators’ profiles ultimately match the requirements of their posts; (5) whether this process will have to be subject to consultation with the teacher unions; if so, (a) why and (b) what is the time frame attached to achieving a match between skills and post allocations?
