(1) With regard to the Mala Mala Game Lodge which is situated in Mpumalanga and falls on the land which was restored to the N'wandlamharhi Communal Property Association (N'wandlamharhi CPA), (a) what is the monthly rental fee that the previous owners are paying to the specified community, (b) what is the total amount that has been paid thus far to the specified community in respect of rental fees, (c) on what dates were payments made to the specified community, (d) what are the details of the account into which the payments were made and (e) what amount is currently sitting in the specified account; (2) are there any plans in place for the utilisation and/or distribution of the specified funds to the community; if not, why not; if so, (a) what are the relevant details and (b) how does the community benefit from the funds accumulated from this rental; (3) does (a) his department have any oversight over the N'wandlamharhi CPA; if not, why not and (b) does any other governmental department or agency provide oversight over the CPA; if so, what is the extent of such oversight; (4) (a) is there another agreement in place with the previous owners to take in community members to be trained in running the business; if not, (i) what is being done to ensure that community members are equipped with the necessary skills to run this business; if so, (ii) has this agreement been implemented, (b) how many community members have been included in a training programme for this purpose, (c) what other benefits for the community in the form of (i) jobs and (ii) community development and (d) skills development have emanated from their land restoration; (5) are the executive members of the N'wandlamharhi CPA, which looks after the interests of the community, drawing a salary; if so, (a) what are the full names of each person that receives a salary, (b) what is the salary of each specified person respectively and (c) who pays the salary of each specified person?
