(1) Whether, with reference to Annexure A of the Annual National Assessment (ANA) 2015 Improvement Plan for mathematics and Friday, 22 May 2015 624 INTERNAL QUESTION PAPER: NATIONAL ASSEMBLY NO 15 - 2015 languages, any progress has been made towards the achievement of each performance indicator in each province and district; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details in each case; (2) (a) what are the details of the costs that will be incurred for the 1+4 Teacher Development Plan during the 2015 academic year, (b) who is responsible for what costs, in each case, (c) what rate of (i) subsistence and (ii) transport is applied for teachers attending training and (d) what amount is paid to teachers who are leading the training; (3) whether teachers attending the training are required to write content knowledge tests before and after training sessions; if not, why not; if so, (a) whether the payment of the lead teachers is contingent upon the achievement of good results and (b) what action will she take in the event of teachers achieving less than 80% in these tests?
