(1) Whether the Government had conducted any evaluation of the validity of performance measurements used by remuneration committees to award salary notch increments and grant benefits such as bonuses considering the extent to which high income earners seldom delivered the outcomes that were expected of them and very often put the department or institution they serve in an adverse performance and financial position; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;?
