(1) Whether, with regard to the new regulations pertaining to remotely piloted aircraft issued by the SA Civil Aviation Authority, (a) any consultative and (b) public participation processes took place with the aviation community, if not, why not, if so, in each case, what were the (i) time frames attributed to the specified processes and (ii) costs associated with the specified processes; (2) were any industry experts consulted when drawing up the regulations, if not, why not, if so, whom; (3) at what point does a scene of a crime cease to be one before a remotely piloted aircraft may fly (a) adjacent or (b) above the area; (4) are there any (a) individuals or (b) organisations who are exempt from the new regulations, if so, whom?
