President, can we deal with issues of national importance now? President, while acknowledging that Cabinet is still in the process of considering the report, it would be important to give an indication to the nation that the land reform agenda is deeply bound together with social and economic justice, human development and spatial transformation objectives.
Now, President, the advisory panel makes reference to the work of the IMC under the leadership of the Deputy President. Therefore, my question is: What has been the impact of the IMC on the report and recommendations of the advisory panel on land reform? Thank you, Deputy Speaker. [Applause.]
