Complex as is, that is the debate which we are having, that the debate we are having to say what is going to be the basic minimum right we want, we want every employer to be able to respect and remember there we are talking about the different working hours which are very funny and so on and even the nature of employment but we will have to find a way of regulating it without putting a string hold on those initiative because some of the initiatives in that particular area are self initiative by the different individuals some of them its families who are in that particular business. The people who are employed apart of the family and part of shareholding and so on. So it is a very complex area but it is a matter which we have to look at it
especially when we are talking about the rights of people but in the main the issues of health and safety are very, very important.
