Hon Chairperson, hon Minister, allow me to start off by expressing my sincere condolences to the hon Mr Makoela from my province who has, in quick succession, lost three members of his family: His brother, his nephew and his sister. As a consequence, he is unable to attend this Budget Vote debate.
There are those members who are not ready to see or to hear the progress made by the Government. So let us not give them an opportunity to retard us. Let us progress.
