Speaker, I want to thank the hon member Mjobo for making the statement on the ecovillage for vulnerable children and particularly the fact that this ecovillage is energy friendly. It shows beyond a doubt that the partnership between the ANC-led government and the private sector is working, because these children will have mothers. There is also going to be a school and a clinic in this area. This shows that the ANC human-settlement ethos is working, and we thank the member for making that statement in this House.
I want to respond to the member of Cope for raising the toilets matter. There is a task team led by a member of this House, Winnie Mandela ... [Interjections.] Shut up. We are trying to address the issue of sanitation. So we urge that member, if he has the facts about what he was talking about, to bring that information to us so that we can follow it up. You can also contact the task team to give them the information. This is because we believe in acting on facts. We are trying to close the issue of toilets once and for all. That is why we are taking these measures. Please come to us with the information so that we can solve this. Thank you. [Applause.]
