(1)Whether, based on the Statistics South Africa mid-year population estimates that provinces such as Gauteng and Western Cape have the highest provincial in-migration numbers, while provinces such as Eastern Cape, Limpopo and KwaZulu-Natal have the highest provincial out-migration numbers (details furnished), the SA Social Security Agency (SASSA) intends to (a) establish more SASSA offices and (b) increase staff capacity within the Western Cape in order to keep up with increased demand; if not, why not; if so, what the relevant details;
(2) whether SASSA intends to reinstate the regular usage of community halls and civic centres within the Western Cape to service its clients; if not, why not; if so, what other interventions have SASSA actioned to address challenges brought about by increased provincial migration with regard to the improved service delivery for existing clients as well as access for new clients?
