(1)Whether his department has a record of any cases of non-compliance with basic conditions of employment and other labour practices by bus operators; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what (a) is the total number of such cases and (b) are the circumstances surrounding each case;
whether his department works closely with the SA Road Passenger Bargaining Council (SARPBC), the enforcement agency for non-compliance with labour laws in the bus sector; if not, why not; if so, what (a) cases have been addressed by the SARPBC in the past year and (b) resolutions were reached in each case?
