(1) Whether he will table the report of the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) into cases of fraud at the public broadcaster (details furnished) in Parliament; if not, why not; if so, (a) when, (b) what are the details of each of these cases of fraud and (c) what steps have been taken to ensure that the necessary action is taken against all persons that have been referred to in the SIU report; (2) whether any of the persons who have been found guilty of fraud are still in the employ of the SA Broadcasting Corporation (SABC); if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether any of the persons who have been found guilty of fraud are still conducting business transactions with the SABC; if so, what are the relevant details; (4) whether any steps have been taken to recover monies lost through fraud and theft; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
