(1) With reference to the reply to question 1084 on 1 July 2011, (a) what are the details of the broadband connectivity that was provided to the 375 schools out of 500 and (b)(i) what number of network points has been installed at each school and (ii) in which classrooms were the network points installed in each case; (2) what is the (a) name of the internet service provider and (b) the full cost; (3) whether the internet service provider was appointed by means of a tender; if not, (a) why not and (b) how was the appointment made; if so; what are the relevant details; (4) whether service level agreements are in place with the schools to ensure maximum uptime; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (5) whether penalties are applicable for failure by the service provider to provide the schools with the required service levels; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
