Whether she has found that her department has been successful in recording
a higher rate of parole eligibility and successful discharges since the
introduction of the Offender Rehabilitation Plan in 2009; if not, why not;
if so, what are the relevant details?

Yes. Recommendations from Case Management Committees have shown improvement
as it reflects on the table underneath;
