Whether his department was able to achieve targets contained in the
extended National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS) in the 2010-11
financial year (details furnished); if not, why not; if so, what are the
relevant details?

The table below illustrates the targets that have been achieved in the
extended NSDS II, in the financial year 2010-11. As can be seen in the
table, most of the targets have been achieved.
