(1) Whether, with the opening of the new King Shaka International Airport, the Airports Company of SA (ACSA) will pay the same rates to the eThekwini Municipality on the property that used to accommodate Durban International Airport; if so, what are the relevant details; if not, why not; (2) whether ACSA has made any attempt to renegotiate the rates on the property where Durban International Airport was located now that the airport is no longer operating; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) what amount in rates has been paid to eThekwini Municipality in each month since 1 January 2010?
