The DPME reported on the Hotline's statistics indicating that 154 549 cases had been received from September 2009 to 31 January 2013 of which 137 211 had been resolved by 31 January 2013. Overall the case resolution rate had increased from 79.9 per cent in January 2012 to 88.8 per cent in January 2013.
