There are funded vacancies within the State Informational Technology Agency (SITA) that could impact negatively on the Service Delivery Level Agreement between SITA and the Department of Performance Monitoring and Evaluation in terms of the capacity to develop and modernise the system for the Presidential Hotline. 5. There is a need for significant improvement within departments and provinces in terms of the management, monitoring and resolution of cases referred by the Department of Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Presidential Hotline.
