The Programme is responsible for the implementation of institutional performance assessments and for the monitoring of frontline service delivery in collaboration with other centre of government departments. The performance monitoring of individual institutions is itself a key element of the delivery agreement for outcome 12 (developing an efficient and effective public service) and will be facilitated through the development, implementation and maintenance of the MPAT tool for measuring the quality of management practices in government departments. Frontline Service Delivery Monitoring (FSDM) Programme is carried out through unannounced visits to selected service delivery sites and is complemented by the Presidential Hotline and the Citizen Based Monitoring (CBM) Programme.
