Mr Speaker, the hon member from the IFP who made a personal attack on the Minister of Sport and Recreation this afternoon is really ill-informed. Not only is he ill- informed, but he is not reading the newspapers nor watching television. He comes here and whips out a lot of emotions. I really don't take kindly to the personal attack on the Minister of Sport and Recreation who has, for the record, on 4 January 2013 had a meeting with us all and the SA Football Association, Safa. The steps taken were announced at the press conference. We had the SA Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee, Sascoc, involved in the process and we are awaiting the outcome of the investigation.
As far as Athletics SA, ASA, is concerned, I think he must not listen to everything he reads in the newspapers, because we did have meetings with them. It is in the hands ... [Interjections.]
