If an hon member is making a point referring to a political party, it cannot be unparliamentary or out of order. If a member makes a point referring to another member of this House, then it becomes an issue that we can engage in, with regard to whether or not it is in order. So, I want to appeal to all of you in the Chamber to please give a speaker the opportunity to raise his or her point of view. We may not necessarily agree, but it is important to listen.
