a) The Committee recommended that Productivity South Africa should be visible, particularly in rural and remote areas, so that people became aware of its existence. b) With the growing challenges faced by small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs) in the country, Productivity South Africa should strengthen its support for SMMEs through its turnaround solutions programme. c) The Department's poor-performing entities should use Productivity South Africa's programmes in order to improve performance and to ensure that these entities deliver their service delivery mandates as stated in their strategic plans.
