. conduct a comprehensive personnel expenditure review for the Public Service; . review the remuneration Policy for the Public Service; . conduct an impact assessment of the occupation specific dispensation (OSDs); . align remuneration and conditions of service between the Public Service and local government; . establish efficient management of annual and sick leave in the Public Service; and . Finalise negotiations on salaries and other matters of mutual interest emanating from the DPSA';s mandate in 2011/12.
