The Station Commander attends community meetings with the CPF. The station helps them with stationery. The Department of Community Safety donated a computer. The main complaints they received from the community are about the poor service they receive from CSC and slow response time. If they raise them with the Station Commander he calls the unit heads and solve the issues raised, however they did note that sometimes management is a bit defensive and does not always respond to their problems. In addition, they noted that patrollers do not have sufficient support from the station or sufficient protective equipment.
