. The provincial office should seal the SAPS firearm and the SAPS 13 firearm stores. . A complete audit must be done of all firearms at the station including those in the SAPS 13 stores and the SAPS firearms. All firearms at the station should be sent for ballistics. . All allegations of cases of corruption at the station must be fully investigated. The deputy Provincial Commissioner stated that after a life-style audit, investigations will be lodged in cases where it is clear that the members are living above their means. Members who are demanding payment for functions which are free of charge should be identified and shamed. . The outcome of criminal investigations against the police at this station should be reported to the Committee. . The Cluster Commander must be central to the clean-up process of the station, together with the Station Commander and the rest of the management and staff. . An audit must be done of all serious cases opened and closed as undetected. . That there is a radical restructuring of staff of the station to allow the Station Commander to work with new staff. However, this restructuring should not result in promotions. . An effort must be made to build up trust between the community and the police. The CPF must ensure that the call centre operated by the CPF becomes redundant. . The archives must be audited and totally reorganised. . Access control and guarding of the police station must be improved.
