4.1 Primary health care facility, which has specialists on a full-time basis giving professional treatment to the people in the following fields: Radiology, Paediatrics, Oncology, Orthopaedics, Dentistry, Trauma and Rehabilitation (physiotherapy, hydro-therapy, heat-therapy, voice-therapy). Most health professionals are trained in Cuba. 4.2 Recreational facilities such as sports fields and equipment for different sporting codes and a playground for children. 4.3 An accredited training centre which provides young people with technical skills in hydro gas, textile and leather manufacturing. These young people are supported to open co-operatives that supply safety shoes and garments to the different state entities and to install hydro gas equipment in the communities. 4.4 Centre for "refugees" that provides all homeless foreigners with housing and the other support.
