There were no laptops and cell phones for Client Services Officers to carry out their field work effectively. It was very difficult to verify applications on site because of the shortage of equipment. Sometimes the IT system was very slow. Owing to this challenge, staff was using their own laptops during field work. Mobile trucks for visiting points were not fully equipped to assist clients properly. The printer at the labour centre was not functioning properly. The functioning of the IT system was affected by occasional electricity outages.
