The Joint Committee on Ethics and Members Interest at its meeting of 25 August 2011, considered the late submission by Ms Botha's representative; the Committee found that there is no compelling argument which materially alters the recommendations of the Panel. Accordingly, the Committee unanimously adopted the Report of the Panel and confirmed its findings and penalties.
