Indlela was requested to explain as to whether people that failed trade test were assisted with other means to get certified. . The Department was requested to open civil cases to the Police against those involved in corruption and obtain case numbers so that these cases may be transferred to the Hawks. . Indlela was requested to explain whether it had risk management systems in place to avoid further corruption.
