Planning in a manner that unlocks customer growth potential and gets to a steady state of demand to enable the sustainability of both the enterprise's capability to procure and of their supplier communities; 2. Developing innovative funding mechanisms, involving customers and financial institutions to drive investment in infrastructure capacity; 3. Procuring in a manner that leverages investment and capacity building in the associated supply chain; 4. Driving productivity improvements in selected areas through active shareholder oversight; 5. Leveraging the SOE's position amongst customers and suppliers to drive transformation, particularly skills development; 6. Creating an enabling policy and regulatory environment for the vision; 7. Entering into compacts with customers, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders around investment, efficiency and transformation.
