In conclusion, allow me to also share with the House that the Commonwealth Secretariat has declared 14 March as Commonwealth Day. The theme that they are focusing on for this year is: "Women as Agents of Change". What is significant about this is that it remains the theme for the upcoming Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, CHOGM, scheduled for October this year. That is when the current chair, held by St Kitts and Nevis, a female head of state, will hand over to the incoming chair, Australia, also a female head of state. This is the first time in the history of CHOGM that one woman head of state hands over to another female head of state. Hence, women are agents of change. [Applause.]
