With the exception of a big pile of duffel bags (no-one in the store could say how many were actually in stock), the provisions in the store were very low. Cleaning materials were apparently received at the beginning of May, but at the date of the visit (19 May 2010) were already critically low. Apparently, in recognition that stock would not be sufficient for the month of May, a request had been put in on 24 April 2010 for additional supplies. However, to date, financial authority for this request had not been received. Thus three bottles of Handy Andy needed to serve the needs of the College until the end of the month. Members were also told that no toilet paper was available from the supplier at the beginning of the month of April. The College was obliged to borrow toilet paper from the Province. There was no fire safety equipment in the stores.
