The Committee discovered that the mission and vision was not drafted by the college and did not relate to its work; and thus it was difficult to implement. In this regard the Committee proposed that the mission and vision should be developed in a manner that spoke to the work of the college. The Committee further discovered that planning of the training was being done at a national level and forwarded to the college for implementation. The Committee was told that there was constant communication between the college and Head Office to the extent that when curriculum was developed, the college participated.
