It has to be available 24 hours a day and seven days a week. That is what the law says. I don't determine what the law says. We agreed with you that it is an important service, but it's not an essential service. There is no risk to life or loss of life if kids are not at school on Sunday. Why should we make schools run on Sunday because we are scared that they will die? If they don't die on Sunday, why would they die on Saturday?
