What is sickening and disgusting, is that they have never apologised to us ... [Interjections.] ... who were on the receiving end of those stupid policies. And they are still not prepared to do so, even now. Instead they think we are going to privatise these entities. Who will benefit if we do that? They themselves! Because we don't have the type of capital to acquire these entities, which are supposed to be belonging to us. All we are going to do is to help these entities to be viable and help the poorest of our poor ... [Interjections.]
